An autographed 1974 photo of late King Birendra along with a letter from the Narayanhiti Palace has been put under the virtual hammer on an auction site, and has been priced above Rs 50,000.
The photo and the letter, which was sent to New Zealander Vern Bowen by the palace in July 1974, has been put on auction on ebay.
The photo, which was initially prices as £ 4.99, reached £ 420 (Rs 52,500) on Saturday afternoon.
